The AGM weekend is always a good opportunity to catch up with other members, attend informative visits to the Welsh flocks, and a chance to find out more about the Society. 14 June 2011 NSA Sheep South West, Paignton, Devon -
 Glorious weather blessed a well organised event with plenty of trade & breed society stands to whet the appetite of a steady flow of visitors. Breed society stands were well located on the way in from the car park resulting in good footfall from which the Llanwenog stand benefited A Llanwenog ram & a Llanwenog ewe with a pair of Beltex cross lambs loaned from the Blackhall flock (No. 380) formed the centrepiece of our display with a 'guess the weight of the lambs' proving very attractive to visitors. Answers were varied, but with the correct answer being 57kg the winner was Mr. D. Vallance of Sourton near Okehampton who has received a cheque for £15 for his answer of 57.2kg.The competition allowed us to talk to a lot of people about the breed with plenty of names & addresses being taken & leaflets distributed.
